Your business information has been syndicated and powerlisted to the top 72 major directories online, including Google, Yahoo, Bing, Yelp, etc. This is a month-to-month service and is auto-billed, you must notify us to stop services.

If you purchased a SMARTsite from us, the following applies:

SMARTsites comply, in every way, with the standards of all three search engines by making sure we are always apprised of all the changes and updates for new devices available on the market today. SMARTsites are also built so that they secure the business's Google, Apple, and Bing listing placement and prevents site or listing duplicates. This is a custom, website built for you.
Although there is no hosting fee, you must renew your domain annually.

If you purchased marketing on Google, the following applies:

Your listing is being set up on Google, or we are requesting ownership of an existing listing in order to enhance your profile and increase visibility in your local area. This is a one time service fee that is valid for the duration of your business.

Refund/Cancellation
Refund/Cancellation Policy – Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees they have three business days from the date of charge to cancel the sale and request a refund. Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if they do not cancel the sale as indicated on this Invoice within three business days from the date of charge, the above shown product(s)/service(s) are nonrefundable and all sales are considered final. 

Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that full completion of their order may take up to 30 days, and Cardholder agrees to allow this time in which to complete fulfillment. 

Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that payment tendered for the products and/or services defined and made a part of this agreement may be processed by a third party affiliate partner. If payment is processed by a third party affiliate company, then as a consequence client/customer may expect the name of said third party affiliate company to appear on their payment instrument statement. A payment instrument statement is defined as a credit card or bank statement. The applicability of either depends on the method used by client/customer to render payment in connection with this agreement.
